首選根莖類蔬菜(致敏性低,口感香甜)


1. 南瓜泥(強烈推薦!)

為何選擇它:

富含 β- 胡蘿蔔素(有益於眼睛)和果膠(保護胃腸道)。

天然帶甜,90% 的寶寶第一次吃就會接受!

製作方法:

將南瓜去皮、去籽,切成小塊。

水沸後放入蒸鍋蒸 10 分鐘(軟到可以捏爛為止)。

加入 2 勺溫水,打成泥狀,過篩後口感更細膩。



2. 胡蘿蔔泥(補充 VA 的好幫手)
為何選擇它:

富含維生素 A,促進骨骼發育。

蒸熟後質地綿密,適合訓練寶寶的吞咽能力。

製作方法:

將胡蘿蔔切成薄片(易於煮熟)。

水煮 15 分鐘或蒸 20 分鐘。

加入少量煮菜水打成泥(不要太稀,像酸奶狀即可)。



綠葉蔬菜類(不要太早添加!6 個月後再嘗試)


3. 西蘭花泥(增強免疫力小能手)
為何選擇它:

維生素 C 含量是蘋果的 4 倍!

膳食纖維溫和,不易引起脹氣。

製作方法:

將西蘭花切成小朵,在沸水中焯水 30 秒(去除草酸)。

撈出後蒸 5 分鐘(不要煮太久,否則會變黃)。

挑出粗莖,只將花的部分打成泥。

4. 菠菜泥(補鐵需注意)
為何選擇它:

鐵含量高,但需先去除草酸!

與高鐵米粉搭配,吸收效果翻倍。

製作方法:

只保留菠菜葉,洗乾淨。

在沸水中焯水 10 秒,立即放入冷水中(這一點很關鍵!)。

再蒸 3 分鐘,打成泥時加入少量水。

製作方法:

搗成泥後加入 1 勺母乳或配方奶(味道會更好)。

6. 山藥泥(對腸胃敏感的寶寶友好)

為何選擇它:

含有澱粉酶,有助於消化。

質地細膩,幾乎不會引起過敏。

製作方法:

山藥去皮,切成小塊(戴手套以防癢)。

蒸 15 分鐘,直接打成泥(無需加水)。


蔬菜泥小貼士:
  1. 每次只添加一種新蔬菜,觀察 3 天看是否有過敏反應(如皮疹或腹瀉)。

  1. 第一口蔬菜泥建議從根莖類開始(南瓜>胡蘿蔔>土豆)。

  1. 不要添加任何調味料!原味才是最健康的。

一開始,寶寶可能會用舌頭把泥推出來,別擔心!每天試 1-2 勺,寶寶會慢慢習慣的。

  1. Add 2 spoons of warm water, blend into a puree, and sieve it for a smoother texture.

2. Carrot Puree (A Great Helper for Supplementing VA)
         Why choose it:

  • After being steamed, it has a smooth texture, suitable for training babies' swallowing ability.

        Preparation method:
  1. Cut the carrot into thin slices (for easy cooking).

  1. Boil it in water for 15 minutes or steam it for 20 minutes.

  1. Add a small amount of the cooking water and blend into a puree (don't make it too thin, it should be like yogurt).

Leafy Vegetables (Don't Add Too Early! Try After 6 Months)
3. Broccoli Puree (A Little Expert in Boosting Immunity)

        Preparation method:

Preparation method:
  1. Peel the potato, cut it into small pieces, and boil in water for 20 minutes.

  1. Mash it into a puree and add 1 spoon of breast milk or formula milk (it will taste better).

6. Yam Puree (Friendly to Babies with Sensitive Stomachs)
        Why choose it:
  • Contains amylase, which helps digestion.

  • It has a smooth texture and is almost non - allergenic.

        Preparation method:
  1. Peel the yam, cut it into small pieces (wear gloves to prevent itching).

  1. Steam it for 15 minutes and directly blend into a puree (no need to add water).

Tips for Vegetable Purees:
  1. Add only one new vegetable each time and observe for 3 days to check for allergies (such as rashes or diarrhea).

  1. It's recommended to start with root vegetables for the first vegetable puree (pumpkin > carrot > potato).

  1. Don't add any seasonings! The original flavor is the healthiest.

  1. Make it and eat it immediately. Don't refrigerate the leftovers (they are easy to breed bacteria).

At first, the baby may push the puree out with the tongue. Don't worry! Try 1 - 2 spoons every day, and the baby will gradually get used to it.
